This is what we can look forward to when our friend Dave visits - fresh fish. The night before we had fresh walleye - batter dipped and deep fried with onion rings. This night it was fresh whole trout - pan fried with coleslaw, french bread, and baked garlic with fried morel mushrooms and fresh tomato to smear on the bread.
